First of all you will need your herbs witch you can either get from
farming or buying from players.

How to make the potions and what herbs make which potion:
(herb) + Vial of Water = (potion)

Irit = Super Attack
Cadantine = Super Defence
Kwuarm = Super Strength
Lantadyme = Magic
Dwarf Weed = Ranging
SnapDragon = Super Restore
Rannarr = Prayer
Toadflax = Saradomin Brew

Level requirements:
Irit - Level 1
Cadantine - Level 1
Kwuarm - Level 1
Lantadyme - Level 20
Dwarf Weed - Level 20
SnapDragon - Level 30
Rannarr - Level 40
Toadflax - Level 60

xp per potion:
Irit - 1K XP
Cadantine - 8K XP
Kwuarm - 4K XP
Lantadyme - 23K XP
Dwarf Weed - 20K XP
SnapDragon - 27k XP
Rannarr - 40k XP
Toadflax - 43k XP

Yea it is pretty fast only trouble is getting the seeds.
